We were watching the Opening Ceremonies that we recorded and Benson was really enjoying it.

If you watch closely you can see the fiddle players on TV. Benson decided a hanger and a pencil looked close enough for him to join in the playing.

The next two videos are staged reenactments, so they are not as good as when he did them live on his own. The first is when the American athletes entered the stadium. We were showing him the flags and he said, "Go America."

The last one is the end of the remake of Michael Jackson's "Heal the World," which we saw during the Opening Ceremonies. It ends with Wyclef saying, "Haiti." The first time we saw it, Benson repeated Wyclef with a pretty Haitian accent.

This picture was taken right after Benson stopped "holding" her rather abruptly. It looks like she has that Atkinson attitude and knows how to show it.

He tried to make up for it.....

It seemed to work.

Month One

Reagan is doing well and growing fast. She has started smiling but I haven't quite been able to catch it on camera yet. There are a few before and after smile shots though.

This little outfit was all Benson's idea. He was helping me get her dressed and he wanted to pick the outfit. The skirt was in the closet and he chose that first. I then tried to direct him a matching top in the dresser but he insisted on this red turtleneck.

This was the beginning of a fashion shoot with changes of clothes that she really didn't enjoy too much.
